Timetable in 2025:
The aim of the project is an installation and an implementation of the system ProArc version 4.1.3 in the Library of Antonín Švehla (KAŠ). ProArc 4.1.3 provides production and archiving of the digitised documents with a facility of editing datasets as a whole (e.g. NDK SIP packages) or parts of them (e.g. editing or invalidating of URN:NBN identifiers) as well as immediate transfer of the data to/from the Kramerius system. The automatic checking of the selected data or full data validation would prevent the export of the data from its incompletion or damage in the future. The installation of the ProArc system and its facilities as is linking up the system with the Kramerius system and with PERO OCR software or URN:NBN resolver would be provided by external company. All preparatory works as setup of VMware software or Unix operating system as well as preparation of the Library‘s own web server for installation of the Kramerius 7 would be provided by experts from the Library of A. Švehla and ÚZEI.
