Timetable in 2011:
The project focuses on active collaboration on a cooperative project "Creation and use of the national authority file." The main objective of the project is to review, delete duplicates in the accession registers of bibliographic databases ZPK-ÚZEI header and harmonizing bibliographic databases with a set of national authorities. The project is involved in the creation of the national authority file by creating personal and corporate authority records mainly from agriculture and food industry. In 2011, continues to review access records in the database of the Czech Agricultural and Food Bibliography, removing duplicate names in the unification of forms, identification of authors and corporations and linking records with the personnel and corporatist authority records, which will be taken from the file of the national authorities. It will continue the harmonization of authority headings of bibliographic records with the central base of the national authorities.
The benefit of this project is to facilitate and accelerate the process of cataloguing documents and reduce errors in the minutes. Another benefit is easier to find information about the titles of author.
