Timetable:

The project is directed to the objectification of the relationship between soil and climate conditions and land values based on the survey of income and expense in the cultivation of crops in selected conditions, including an assessment of the impact of management on the quality of agricultural land. Soil conditions are based on a comprehensive assessment of soil survey in the selected sites, are collected composite soil samples from land production database and a survey of resistance at selected locations. At all sites is monitored crop yield with the intensification of selected factors and soil conditions are closely monitored the costs of crop production. Further movement is evaluated by the GPS kit with the evaluation of fuel consumption and performance kits, depending on the conditions of the land. To evaluate the influence of slope, exposure, soil depth and stoniness BPEJ according to the decree was carried out aerial photography, land with a combination of factors Difficulty. Crops included in the production database to evaluate the benefit (approximately 500 parcels) are monitored by experts to assess the condition of crops before harvest. The results of the project will primarily serve to reconcile the value of the land use laws and government, in particular in defining land prices.

Activities in 2010:

A01/10 Yields of agricultural crops and contexts of their creation

A02/10 Monitor costs of technological operations linked to soil and climatic conditions

A03/10 Interim survey data and land cover characteristics of experimental plots.

A04/10 Evaluation of vegetation in selected areas

A05/10 Creating zoning technologies for growing crops valuation

A06/10 Rating permanent grassland soil in selected blocks.

A07/10 Evaluation of the impact of agro-technical practices to change the selected parameters of quality / soil health

A08/10 preparation model for the assessment of soil

Timetable in 2011:

Draft valuation yields of crops under BPEJ

Contents: Evaluation and verification of income for all crops evaluated according to the draft model corresponding to the soil-climatic units. Defining the relation to intensive crop factors and their standardization for assessing the cost-revenue relationship.

Economic evaluation of technological processes

Contents: Complete basis for economic evaluation of technologies based on the detailed identification of work operations and their suitability for crop production under soil-climatic conditions.

Memoirs of the project results

Description of project outputs. Compiled revenues and expenses for each crop, the evaluation context of yield formation, depending on soil and climatic conditions on the choice of technology and according to the impact on the environment. Proposal evaluation BPEJ.
