Annotation:
The main tool of this project is research on the level of the main factors defining the productive potential of agriculture and food, and their use in modeling tools. On the set tasks of the project will be involved with a greater extent the young researchers of both institutions. The project thus creates the need to base the primary phenomena and indicators in agriculture in selected areas that will be further used for publishing connections identified and draft related international projects. Czech and Slovak Republic have a number of common characteristics, relevant conditions of agriculture. These features are manifested, for example, already in the inclusion of the two countries into a common group with specific characteristics within the EU. The aim of this project is to further assess the status and converge research intentions of both countries for the promotion of common goals. The main tool of this project is research on the level of the main factors defining the productive potential of agriculture and food, and their use in modeling tools. On the specified tasks will be involved to a greater extent the young researchers of both institutions. The project thus creates the need to base the primary phenomena and indicators in agriculture in selected areas, which will be further used for publishing connections identified and draft related international projects. The basic idea of a joint project is evaluation of criteria and indicators of the production potential of the Czech and Slovak agricultural sector and the possibility of their use in models of agricultural economics.

2014
The project started in 2014 but on the Slovak side were not provided reciprocal funds and therefore did not this year to fulfill the planned activities.
2015
In 2015 took place the visit of the Slovak delegation to ÚZEI in June, when was also organized one-day workshop to draft the objectives of the project and held individual consultations investigators. The next visit of Slovak researchers in the Czech Republic will be held in September 2015. The project will be closed by seminar in the Slovak Republic in the term 3-5 November 2015. The results will be published on a project websites of both organizations.
